Foundation Class
Foundation Class
Foundation Class is where our Foundation Stage children start their school life.
Ms Rund is the class teacher. Foundation class have a fantastic learning environment, they have a large interactive classroom and their outdoor environment includes an amazing woodland area.
Ms Rund loves the outdoors and come rain or shine our children from the Foundation Stage can be found engaged in some kind of exciting outside activity. Our Foundation Stage children also enjoy a range of stimulating activities provided as part of their continuous provision and there is also a lot of singing and dancing, painting and crafting to be found in our lovely Early Years setting.
Ms Rund’s hobbies include reading, cooking and walking with her fluffy dogs. Ms Rund is a keen musician and plays a cornet. She plays this in school for key events such as Remembrance Day. Ms Rund has just completed her level 3 Forest Schools qualification and she runs the Forest Schools extra-curricular clubs and also teaches Outdoor and Adventurous PE with Forest Schools within Fantastic Friday.
